Sabotage de câbles en Baltique en 2024 : trois marins d'une « flotte fantôme » inculpés

(FILES) In this file photo taken on December 28, 2024 off Porkkalanniemi, Kirkkonummi, in the Gulf of Finland, Cook Islands-registered oil tanker Eagle S (C) is pictured next to Finnish border guard ship Uisko (L) and tugboat Ukko (front R). The Finnish Prosecutor's Office announced on August 11, 2025 that it has charged three crew members of the Eagle S tanker, including the captain, with participating in the sabotage of submarine cables in the Baltic Sea in late 2024, it said in a statement. The tanker is suspected of damaging the EstLink 2 submarine electricity cable and four telecommunications cables connecting Finland to Estonia in the Baltic Sea on Christmas Day 2024.
