Après près de six mois de guerre, le président iranien Massoud Pezeshkian estime que le moment est venu d’y mettre un terme. Téhéran affirme toutefois vouloir négocier depuis une « position de force », au moment où Washington durcit encore son offensive économique contre le régime.
